Library & Information Center

The Charlotte Catholic High School Library & Information Center is open to all students, faculty, staff, and parents.  Instruction of information literacy skills are taught in collaboration with classroom teachers as students complete various classroom projects.  These projects, created with the librarian, encompass information seeking skills of defining the information need, finding the information, using the information, evaluating the information, and applying the information to the project.

Students create annotated bibliographies, documented essays, research papers, posters, magazines, presentations, brochures, and digital storytelling through video and podcasts.  These skills are fundamental to all 21st Century lifelong learners.

The Library also provides curricular resources used in the classroom and at home.  Library databases and resources can be accessed through our Online Patron Catalog here. The Library & Information Center is also accessible through Edline under Contents > Library Folder.
