Religion

The Religion Department at Charlotte Catholic is dedicated to completing the school's mission to provide a community centered in the Roman Catholic faith. The Religion Department works to provide our students with academic knowledge of faith as well as opportunities for prayer, worship and reflection to foster the moral and spiritual development of all students. All students are required to take religion every semester so that they leave with a thorough background of their faith. Students are also required to perform service hours each year. There are many additional opportunities for students outside the classroom. The department provides the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Eucharistic Adoration. We also work closely with Campus Ministry for multiple retreats, liturgies and service opportunities. The Religion Department is comprised of highly qualified faculty who are dedicated to working with our students to prepare them for a life of faith.
