Mr. Sandy Needham

Mr. Needham has a BA Degree in Psychology, BS Degree in Accounting, and M.Ed. Degree in Counseling.  His eighteen years school counseling experiences include working in elementary, middle and high school settings.  Crisis Counseling Experience, eight years Social Work Experience, five years Youth Ministry Experience in a catholic parish (St Ann’s), Boy Scouts Leader for twelve years. Educational and Work Background in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Services and Youth Counseling.  Experience with Charlotte Area Health and Welfare Services.  Experience with Catholic Diocese and Catholic Social Services   Many years active in my parish serving on various committees including elected to parish council, building committees, communication and stewardship committees etc.  I have 15 years of experience in athletics coaching soccer & basketball. Parent of four who have attended Charlotte Catholic and 7 different colleges in NC and SC.  Experience in planning and leading student trips abroad to 11 countries in the last ten years.
