Mr. Michael Seeley - President
Mr. Seeley began his role as President of Charlotte Catholic in 2026. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Education from Indiana University. Mr. Seeley brings more than twenty years of senior leadership experience in Catholic secondary and higher education. His background includes extensive work in institutional advancement, admissions, and enrollment management, with a proven record of enrollment growth, financial stewardship, and long-range planning. He also has significant experience working closely with boards, donors, and diocesan leaders. Mr. Seeley’s previous experience includes roles as the President of the Lafayette Catholic School System (IN), and leadership positions at the University of Notre Dame, Phillips Exeter Academy, and Culver Academies.
Mr. Kurt Telford - Principal
Principal Kurt Telford has been an administrator at Charlotte Catholic since 2014. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut. He received a Master's Degree from State SUNY Geneseo and has since continued post-graduate work at UNC-Greensboro and North Carolina A&T. He has served the role of Principal at various schools since 1993. Mr. Telford believes that "as educators, our mission is to teach and guide students so they can see beyond today. My goal is that EVERY student who attends Charlotte Catholic will graduate with the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in their next endeavor whether it is a service academy, ivy league school , or a technical/community college."

Dr. Alicia H. Reid - Assistant Principal
Dr. Alicia Reid is originally from the Bronx, NY. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Belmont Abbey College and her Master’s and PhD from UNC Charlotte. She taught in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools for many years in elementary and high school. In addition to teaching, she’s been an Instructional Support Coach, Dean of Instruction, and an Assistant Principal. Dr. Reid served as the interim principal at St. Patrick Catholic School from March 2022 to June 2023.

Mr. Steven Knight - Assistant Principal
A native of Charleston, South Carolina, attended Bishop England High School (’83). He holds a Political Science degree from Presbyterian College (BS '87). Directly after college, he worked as a retail manager, a probation and parole officer, and a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer. He left law enforcement determined to influence the lives of children. He earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT '97) and a Master of Education in Leadership (M.Ed. '07) from Winthrop University, and a Master of Strategic Studies (MS '21) from the United States Army War College. Mr. Knight has spent the last 27 years in the Rock Hill School District, where he taught Social Studies and coached baseball for eight years. He has been an assistant principal at the high school level for the last 19 years. He retired on September 01, 2024, after 29 years of service as a United States Army Reserve Colonel. He is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His last assignment was as the Mission Command Support Group (MCSG) Brigade Commander for the 81st Readiness Division.

Rev. Chukwunonso Nnebe-Agumadu - Chaplain
Fr. Nnebe-Agumadu was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Nigeria up until sophomore year of High School when his family moved back to the states. He is one of six children, and has an identical twin brother. He graduated from Mount Saint Mary's Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio with a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theology and was ordained to the sacred priesthood in June, 2023. He previously served as a parochial vicar at St. Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville, and was chaplain at the St. Mark Catholic School. Fr. Nnebe-Agumadu is excited to serve as Chaplain here at CCHS, and is looking forward to meeting and helping the students grow in love with our Lord. He can also be on found helping out on the weekends at St. Matthew's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Sally McArdle - Director of Advancement
Raised in Ohio, Sally McArdle is in her 10th year as Director of Advancement at CCHS. She began a career in philanthropic work as an undergraduate, helping to start a cross-country bike trip (PUSH America) to raise money for people with disabilities. After graduating from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, she moved to Charlotte to continue her work for PUSH America as development director and then executive director, followed by several years at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. She has certificates from the Institute of Philanthropy and is a CFRE (Certified Fund-Raising Executive.) She enjoys being a part of the extended Catholic community who makes a difference in the lives of CCHS students. She and her husband, Pete ’87, are both products of Catholic education, St. Gabriel parishioners and proud parents of four children who attended St. Gabriel, HTCMS and CCHS - Jack ’17, Molly ’18, Kevin ’21 and Kate ’24.
Mrs. Stephanie Hogg - Director of Business Operations
Office Manager Stephanie Hogg has been with MACS since 2010 and with Charlotte Catholic since 2015. She has two daughters who went through the MACS system and graduated from CCHS (2017 and 2019). Stephanie's siblings and husband are also CCHS alumni. She earned her Batchelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Stephanie's favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. She is happy to be a part of the Charlotte Catholic community where she can have a part in shaping today's youth and center the day around Our Lord and prayer.
