Mrs. Beth Acitelli - Director of Technology

Mr. Michael DePalma

Mr. DePalma is joining Charlotte Catholic High School as a new teacher this year, after working in various industries over the past 3 decades, holding leadership roles in environmental and operational compliance. In these positions, Mr. DePalma had responsibility for corporate training and discovered a passion for educating others. Mr. DePalma holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University, and has obtained his Professional Engineering License in 3 States. Mr. DePalma will be teaching Engineering and STEM coursework with a focus on career development. Mr. DePalma has lived in Charlotte area for the majority of his life and has been actively involved with youth-based instruction, including uniformed leadership within Scouting America (Cub Scouts and BSA) and facilitating Catholic Confirmation education. Mr. DePalma is excited to utilize his servant-leadership skills to help the students at CCHS discover their purpose as they complete the high school journey.

Mr. Paul Tucker

Paul Tucker is in his second year at Charlotte Catholic teaching Introduction to Engineering, Honors Engineering, and Computer Programming. He previously retired from Bank of America after a career focused on Technology and Data. Paul graduated from Miami University with degrees in Information Technology and Finance and has lived in Charlotte ever since. Paul obtained his graduate certificate in teaching from UNCC.
