Team Rosters will be posted to the CC Field Hockey team page by 6 PM. In the event your player does not make a team and would like to discuss their tryout results, please wait 24 hours before having them contact a coach. We are in need of a JV manager and Statisticians.

August 5 begins weekly practices 7-9 AM at OrthoCarolina.

Practices:

Weekday Morning Practices will begin Monday Aug 5 (Time TBD, but hope to be 7:00-9:00 AM once confirmed). The potential for a play day on August 3rd exists but we do not have any word yet.

Afternoon Practice 3:15-5:00 at Ortho Carolina begins Monday August 19th

Parents & Athletes: 

-Please be on-time to all practices and please make an effort to be picked up at 9am.  Coaches will be going to work after all practices and need to leave as soon as practice is over. 

 - Please send Water with your athlete with plenty of Water to Ortho.  There are NO water fountains to fill up and it gets very hot.  

 - Please bring an extra pair of running shoes if you need them to run your mile.   Along with all your equipment to each practice.    Equipment is not necessary at Strength & Conditioning workouts.
