Practice Schedule

Sprinters:

  • Monday & Wednesday: Weights at CCHS Weight Room from 3:30 - 4:15 PM. Sprinters will then go to the Ballantyne Ridge Track for practice from 4:30 - 5:30 PM. 
  • Tuesday / Thursday / Friday: Practice will be at the Ballantyne Ridge Track from 3:30 - 5:00 PM. Please stick with your same carpool. 

Distance:

  • Monday / Tuesday / Thursday: Practice will be at McMullen Creek Greenway off Pineville Matthews Rd from 3:15 - 4:30 PM. 
    • For tomorrow's practice, please plan to meet in my classroom, rm. 316, immediately after school to set up your carpool.  
  • Wednesday / Friday: Practice will be at the Ballantyne Ridge Track from 3:30 - 5:00 PM. Please stick with your same carpool.

Pole Vault / Hurdles/ High Jump: 

  • Monday & Wednesday: Weights at CCHS Weight Room from 3:30 - 4:15 PM. You will then go to the Ballantyne Ridge Track for practice from 4:30 - 5:30 PM. 
    • For tomorrow's practice, upperclassmen, please help to carpool the underclassman to the track. 
  • Tuesday / Thursday / Friday: Practice will be at the Ballantyne Ridge Track from 3:30 - 5:00 PM.

Long / Triple Jump:

  • Monday & Wednesday: Practice will start at 2:45 PM at the Charlotte Catholic Stadium. Athletes will then join sprinters and Coach Chris' crew at CCHS Weight Room from 3:30 - 4:15 PM. Please plan to set up a carpool plan tomorrow.  
  • Tuesday / Thursday / Friday: Practice will be at the Ballantyne Ridge Track from 3:30 - 5:00 PM. Please stick with your same carpool. 

Throws: 

  • Monday - Friday: Practice will be at Ballantyne Ridge from 3:30 - 5 PM.
