Strength & Conditioning
Charlotte Catholic Strength and Conditioning program emphasizes five essential Pillars of Athletic Development: Injury Prevention, Speed Agility and Quickness, Explosive Strength, Recovery, and Team Development. Led by our dedicated full-time strength and conditioning coach, Mike Hazel and assistant coach, Zoe Mojaver, student-athletes benefit from daily, personalized training programs. This commitment has yielded impressive results, including enhanced athletic performance and a dramatic reduction in non-contact injuries.
At Charlotte Catholic, our goal is for every student-athlete to engage in our strength and conditioning program. We proudly offer a comprehensive, year-round program—including summer training—at no additional cost to athletes, regardless of their sport. This ensures our athletes have access to high-quality, specialized training without needing to rely on outside private facilities.
