Charlotte Catholic students, parents, and community members are encouraged to follow our official communication accounts for the latest news and school updates. Any accounts and platforms not listed below are not official CCHS communication channels - please proceed with caution when interacting with these accounts.

We also encourage community members to contact us if they are unsure if a social media account is affiliated with CCHS or if they wish to report an account.

Emails from the school

CCHS_Communications@charlottecatholic.org - Community wide notifications will typically be sent out through this email address: Notifications@target#####.brightarrow.com
Charlotte Catholic Canvas (notifications@instructure.com) - Canvas is a learning management system used by primarily by faculty/staff and students. Notifications sent through Canvas can be viewed on the platform and an email will also be sent to associated accounts
noreply-charlottecatholic.com@shared1.ccsend.com - Letters from the school are sometimes sent through Constant Contact, one of our email platforms (please refer to Newsletters tab)

Emails from faculty and staff

username@charlottecatholic.org - Faculty and staff emails are directly tied to our website's domain name. We recommend checking a sender's email address and confirm that it matches the information in our directory.
username@cchsemail.org - Faculty/Staff and students all have cchsemail.org accounts, which are associated with Google Workspace.

Charlotte Catholic uses Constant Contact, an email and marketing platform, to reach our community. Emails sent through Constant contact will appear with the following email address:

The Catholic Daily (daily) - The Daily account is used to send out our daily newsletter for the community. The Catholic Daily is also archived on our website, which can be accessed here.
News from the Advancement Team (giving) - The Giving account is used by our Advancement team to share news about Alumni events and ways to support the community
- The Advancement Team may also use ktelford or sally to communicate with alumni and community members
