  • Mandatory retreat - Failure to attend will result in an unexcused absence; late students should check in with Dr. Brehmer
  • All students are required to ride a bus

  1. Meals: Students will need to pack their own lunch and a water bottle
  2. Dress code: Students will be permitted to wear CCHS tops, including CCHS t-shirts and CCHS outerwear within the uniform guidelines, along with uniform approved bottoms.
  3. Behavior: Poor behavior will not be tolerated on the retreat, and the appropriate consequences will apply if there is any behavior that does not align with our Charlotte Catholic student expectations.
  4. Permission Slips: Permission slips will be given to students by their. Theology teachers this week. They are to be signed and returned to Theology Teachers no later than Wednesday, January 28th. They will not attend without a permission slip.
  5. Waiver: In addition to permission slips, parents must sign an official waiver from Camp Thunderbird for your child to attend the retreat. Please use this link to complete the waiver.
  6. Encouragement: We need your support in helping your child to be excited for and open to the many blessings God has in store for them on retreat - and remind them to have fun!
  7. Prayer: It means a lot knowing that the parents are praying for us while we are gone on retreat. It brings us together in Christ and makes it that much more special knowing that we are being supported as we encounter God's love.
