Charlotte Catholic High School is committed to supporting the emotional well-being of every student. If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, help is available. Reaching out is an important first step, and no one has to face these challenges alone.

If you are concerned about a friend or loved one, we encourage you to Ask, Care, Tell:

• Ask if they are thinking about hurting themselves or having thoughts of suicide.
• Care by listening without judgment and reminding them they are not alone.
• Tell a trusted adult, parent, school counselor, teacher, administrator, healthcare provider, or another responsible adult who can help.

Our Counseling Department, Mental Health Intervention Counselor, Campus Ministry, faculty, and administrators are available to help students access support and connect families with additional resources. If you have concerns about yourself or someone else, we encourage you to reach out.
