History

The CCHS Foundation was started in 1974 by a group of dedicated parents and supporters of Catholic education. At that time, there were real concerns that Charlotte Catholic High School would not be able to stay open because of a lack of funding.

Mission

The Charlotte Catholic High School Foundation's mission is to enrich the spiritual, academic, and cultural development of our students by leading the fundraising efforts which support current and future initiatives of Charlotte Catholic High School.

Faith, Legacy, and Vision

Faith is the cornerstone of our school and our foundation in Christ. Our legacy is creating a culture of philanthropy to build on what came before us. The CCHS Foundation's vision is to see that our high school reaches its full potential as an educational and spiritual leader in Charlotte and the Carolinas.

The CCHS Foundation will continue to exist and maintain its mission to support CCHS as it has for almost 50 years.  The CCHS Foundation Board of Directors support the new CCHS Annual Fund and invite all of its donors to continue to give – now by giving directly to CCHS through the CCHS Annual Fund.  Current and past board members are meeting this year to determine its important role in this exciting new chapter for Charlotte Catholic High School.
