2025-2026 Charlotte Catholic Textbook & Course Materials Information

Important: Please read this document in its entirety.

All students must obtain the required course materials for their scheduled classes. This includes both print and electronic materials. Please review the following details to ensure proper purchasing.

Class Supply Lists

Basic classroom supplies (notebooks, binders, pencils, pens, etc.) will be communicated by individual teachers during the first week of school.

Required Print Materials (Physical Books)

  • Physical textbooks, workbooks, and novels may be purchased from any vendor, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Publisher websites, used bookstores, and EdTech (EdTech print materials purchasing is available beginning August 20th)
  • You may begin purchasing these items at your convenience.
  • Use the Physical Booklist Spreadsheet to:
    • Identify which courses require physical books
    • Match the course number with the course list emailed on August 6
    • Confirm the correct ISBN, title, and format when purchasing

Required Electronic Materials (via EdTech)

  • All electronic textbooks and platforms must be purchased through EdTech, which is accessible via a Canvas course link beginning August 20, 2025
  • These digital materials are licensed per student and cannot be shared or reused.

EdTech Course Access Bundles (CAB)

  • Every student will have at least two items in their CAB:
    • Theology (all levels)
    • English (all levels)
  • Additional required digital materials for some of our Science, Social Studies, and World Language courses will also appear in the CAB.
  • CAB contents are required and automatically added to your cart in the EdTech store.
  • Items in the CAB cannot be removed, as they are tied to course enrollment.

Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued for EdTech purchases if a student withdraws from a course.
  • If a new class is added to a student’s schedule, all required class materials, whether print or electronic, must be purchased.
